Since you went in the front door of GNR, it will point there until you reappear somewhere in an exterior cell in the Wasteland worldspace (or child worldspaces, like the DC ruins). This is due to the fact that the 'world location' you're in while inside an interior cell is indicated to be the last door you went through before going into an interior cell.But when you bring it up again on the other side of the door, the pointer is well off to the left of GNR, due North of Dupont West (on a 360, anyhow).
